1. Booking Cancellations
  • All bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the package details.
  • In case of an emergency or unforeseen event, clients may request a reschedule, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Force Majeure & No Refunds Policy
  • Refunds will not be provided in cases of trip disruptions due to:
  • Weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Government restrictions, strikes, or border closures
  • Airline cancellations or transport delays beyond our control
3. No Refunds for Missed Services
  • Clients must arrive on time at the designated pickup location.
  • Missed activities or transport due to late arrival or personal reasons are non-refundable.
4. Post-Trip Complaints & Refunds
  • Complaints must be raised during the trip for resolution.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after trip completion.
