1. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be made through our website, and full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices displayed on our website are subject to change until full payment is received.
  • Payments are processed securely, and clients will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.
  • Any additional charges, such as visa fees, extra activities, or personal expenses, are not included unless explicitly stated in the package.
2. Tour Packages & Services
  • We offer domestic and international tour packages, including customized travel experiences tailored to client preferences.
  • Our packages include detailed itineraries, accommodation, and guided activities, as specified during booking.
  • Pickup and drop-off locations will be mentioned in the package details. However, reaching the pickup point and returning home after drop-off is the client’s responsibility.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the package details.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities or travel restrictions, rescheduling may be offered at the company’s discretion, but refunds will not be provided.
  • If a traveler fails to arrive on time at the pickup location, the company is not responsible for delays or missed services, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Accommodation & Transport
  • Hotel accommodations provided in our packages are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to provide a similar standard alternative within the budget.
  • Requests for specific room preferences will only be honored if explicitly confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Transport during the tour will be arranged as per package details, but personal travel to and from the pickup/drop-off points is not included unless specified.
5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
  • The company is not liable for changes, cancellations, or additional costs arising due to force majeure events such as:
  • Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)
  • Political disturbances or travel restrictions
  • Airline or transportation cancellations outside our controlling such cases, no refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided.
6. Travel Conduct & Cooperation
  • Travelers are expected to follow the tour schedule and cooperate with guides and coordinators.
  • Delays caused by individual travelers may result in missed activities without compensation.
  • The coordinator’s decision is final in matters concerning itinerary changes, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Additional Services & Costs
  • Any customized add-ons or extra services requested by clients during the trip will be charged separately.
  • The company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to last-minute requests.
